Today we did a guided imagery experience where we were supposed to think about different emotional states (anger, happiness and fear) and then pay attention to our body sensation after--did our temperature change, did our posture change, did our facial expression change, heartrate, etc... It was interesting and I did feel a change with anger where my body temperature did rise. With happiness it was more about feeling safe for me. And after being in this state of safety it was really difficult to go to a state where I did not feel safe, where I felt afraid.
